Last year we launched a complete user focused portal at www.AskBob.aero and quickly added Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Social Media must go beyond outbound marketing messages, its real value for us has been stimulating comments and participation and listening for conversations that effect our market or brand.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Social media at NDIA is gaining momentum.  Perhaps the pace at which various associations are taking this up is in some part related to the nature of their mission.  I thought Mr. Curtiss&#039; comments about why AFA was using social media were very telling regarding their target audience.  I also agree with your closing comment regarding adapting to evolving uses of technology.  We at AFEI are working on re-structuring membership and value propositions, as well as creating virtual platforms for content, to leverage the technology and create community.  Keep up the good work!

Just for the record, your improptu classes at out DoD EA conference in St. Louis generated excitement and are still talked about in positive ways.]]></description>
